Nature Journaling
Join us for a nature journaling workshop hosted by FAB and facilitated by local naturalist Teresa Skye in Shoshone on Sunday November 9th from 9am – 12:30pm!
Come learn a new artistic skill and experience the limitless inspiration that the natural beauty of the Amargosa Basin provides! All skill levels welcome. Instructional materials will be provided. Lunch will be up to participants, though light snacks and refreshments will be provided. The event will involve professional instruction and a field walk.
Registered participants will receive more information prior to date of the workshop, including an outline of the day’s program, information on what to expect in the area, and what to bring to the event.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Teresa Skye had led a number of nature journaling workshops, from Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge and Basin & Range National Monument in Nevada, to the Pahrump Arts Council, Master Gardeners, and Death Valley National Park. She brings a wealth of local environmental knowledge along with some phenomenal skills (see image below)!
