Mesquite Tree Planting at Timbisha Shoshone Village
Event is at Capacity. We have enough Volunteers, thank you.
We will be helping the Timbisha Shoshone Tribe plant honey mesquite trees to create wind/sand breaks in their village. Mesquite trees are important to this Tribe as mesquite pods are a traditional food source.
When: Saturday March 7, 2026, from 9 am to 4 pm.
Where: The Timbisha Shoshone Indian Village, near Furnace Creek, California
